Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Master the company's software products and stay updated on new
features
Provide first-level technical support to clients via multiple
channels
Troubleshoot client issues and escalate complex problems as
needed
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service with a focus on positive
client experiences
Familiarity with software concepts and ability to learn new
products quickly
Experience using support tools, particularly Zendesk
Prior experience working with local governments or similar
organizations is preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced
environment
