Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Summer Associate
to support its team during the busy summer season.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward
customers at all times
Identify, troubleshoot, or escalate technical issues as needed
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various
communication channels
Required Qualifications
Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
Comfort with technical systems and app navigation
Experience with G Suite is a plus
Experience with Intercom or other ticketing systems is a plus
Passion for camping, RVing, and the outdoors
