A company is looking for an AVP, Disability, Absence, Life,
Regional/National Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead market intelligence analysis and product strategy for
non-medical insurance products
Collaborate with Distribution leaders to develop complex business
strategies for market expansion
Oversee the entire product life cycle, ensuring compliance with
regulations and effective product management
Required Qualifications
10+ years of group product development and/or management
experience
3+ years of managerial experience influencing senior management and
stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Deep knowledge of product development and management best
practices
Strong understanding of group protection products and leave
management
