Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contractor Outreach Specialist to
join their Onboarding Team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach calls, emails, and texts to prospective
contractors
Guide contractors through the registration and onboarding process
while addressing concerns in real time
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM systems and
collaborate with team members to achieve goals
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in call center, inside sales, recruitment,
or onboarding/success/support roles
Strong resourcefulness and relationship management skills
High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach
environment
Tech-savvy and familiar with Salesforce, MS Teams, and O365
platforms
