Immediate need for a customer service rep with 3 years
experience in a customer service/healthcare/medical setting
(IPA/MSO is preferred), proficient in Microsoft Office 2007,
Excellent communication skills
and a team player. Will be responsible for answering calls from
patients, physicians, health plans, insurance brokers, collection
agents, and hospitals.
Will also research and resolve authorizations, claims, eligibility
and other related issues. Follow-up on inquiries that are not
immediately resolved. Resolve walk-in member concerns. Apply to
