A company is looking for a Training and Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide ongoing support to
clients
Conduct tailored training sessions and develop training materials
for clients
Prepare clients for their "live day" and maintain detailed records
of training sessions
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in hospitality or client-facing
operations
Customer-focused work ethic with demonstrated experience in
customer service
Strong technical acumen
Proficient in conducting engaging training sessions
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers
