A company is looking for a Part-Time Navy Growth Strategy
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Review technical proposals for accuracy, clarity, and compliance
with client requirements
Evaluate technical content to ensure feasibility and alignment with
project goals
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve proposal quality
and collaborate with proposal teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in proposal development/reviews
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to evaluate
complex information
Prior experience in proposal review or technical evaluation is
preferred
Top Secret clearance, with the ability to maintain it throughout
employment
