Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers via telephone,
email, and web portal
Collaborate with team members and departments to develop timely
solutions for customer issues
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer information and document
inquiries and resolutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or
equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Self-directed with a proactive approach to identifying improvement
opportunities
