Job Description:

A company is looking for an Underwriting Analyst to manage documentation and analyze financial data related to real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities

Manage documents and track progress accurately and efficiently
Review third-party reports and evaluate financial statements to assess investment risks
Prepare financial models and conduct research on properties and market feasibility

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Real Estate preferred
0 - 3 years of industry experience
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Working knowledge of Argus or similar financial software
Knowledge of commercial real estate and financial terms
