OverviewKeenan has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior
Pharmacy Benefits Analyst. The Senior Pharmacy Benefits Analyst
will support the Pharmacy Division with complex projects, audit
management, and analytics needed for existing and new KPS clients.
Be a subject matter expert in KPS pharmacy operations to create and
support staff in maintaining training documents and desk level
procedures.Keenan, an Accretive company, is an insurance brokerage
and consulting firm meeting the insurance needs of hospitals,
public entities and California school districts. Keenan specializes
in providing consulting services in the areas of: employee
benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and
property & liability.What You'll Do
- Senior analyst for multiple analytical and cross functional
projects.
- Prepare and maintain business requirement documents and
technical requirements for IT programming.
- Lead and conduct end to end IT user acceptance testing.
- Lead in conducting audit and final written reports for KPS
Audit Book of Business.
- Create and maintain team training documents and desk level
procedures
- Work on complex, Request for Proposals (RFP), cost comparisons
and savings analyses for prospects.
- Analyze complex pharmacy data to provide management with key
insights and findings.
- Audit internal and external client financials and produce final
reports.
- Work with and integrate large amounts of data from multiple
sources.
- Develop leadership level reports and custom reports as needed
for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and present trends in plan performance at client and
coalition level.
- Other duties as assigned.What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in the Pharmacy Benefit
Management industry required.
- Ability to translate pharmacy contracts.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Medispan and NCPDP data
sets.
- Advanced Excel Skills: ability to do pivot tables and advanced
excel formulas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and results driven.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and
verbal communication.
- Project manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight and
acute attention to detail.
- Build relationships and create a sense of trust and reliability

company.Compensation:The target salary range for this position is
$100,000 to $110,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will
vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and
abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market
data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's
