Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Payroll Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research to develop compliant payroll engines across the
Americas
Collaborate with development teams to design workflows that meet
local regulatory requirements
Manage a team of compliance professionals and ensure adherence to
international standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field or
equivalent compliance-specific certification
8+ years of experience in managing compliance in a global
environment, particularly in payroll regulations across the
Americas
Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable
solutions
Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring payroll
compliance teams
Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with
Scrum/Agile methodologies
