Job Description:
A company is looking for a UHC PMT Sales Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a team of licensed
health agents
Coach sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals while managing
call center activities
Ensure proper training and resources for employees, and monitor
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with Medicare Advantage sales
A current and valid Health License
6 months of experience in a sales call center environment
Previous experience leading a team of 10+ employees
